01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the sgi88 platform is restricted. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied and will remain satisfied for the duration of your membership:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are a resident of Indonesia and are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing sgi88 for your own personal entertainment, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of sgi88, nor are you an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement with sgi88 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not accessing sgi88 from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited under local law applicable to you as an individual.
• You are not using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.
• You have not previously had an sgi88 Account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.

03 Account Registration

To register an sgi88 Account, you must complete the registration form on sgi88.pro accurately and in full. You agree that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method — is truthful, current, and complete.

The following registration rules apply at all times:

• One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one sgi88 Account. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• One Account per household / device: sgi88 monitors for multiple Accounts sharing the same IP address, device fingerprint, or payment method. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, sgi88 reserves the right to close all but the first registered Account and retain any Bonus Funds credited to the additional Accounts.
• Accurate information: You must not use a pseudonym, nickname, or any false identity during registration. Your Account name must match the name on your government-issued identity document and your nominated bank account or e-wallet.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. sgi88 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as having been authorized by you.
• Notification of changes: You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes, particularly your residential address, email address, or payment method. Failure to maintain accurate details may delay KYC verification or withdrawal processing.

sgi88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Acceptance of your registration is confirmed when sgi88 sends a confirmation email to the address provided during signup. Until that confirmation is received, no Account exists and no bets or deposits may be accepted.

04 Identity Verification (KYC)

sgi88 is required under its international gaming license to verify the identity and age of all members before processing withdrawal requests above minimum thresholds, and may request verification at any time during the account lifecycle. The KYC process requires you to submit copies of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of Age: Your date of birth must be clearly visible on your submitted identity document confirming you are at least 21 years of age.
• Proof of Address: A document showing your current residential address in Indonesia, dated within the last three months — such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, a screenshot or photo of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, or other nominated bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) confirming ownership and matching the name on your sgi88 Account.

All documents must be submitted in a legible format. sgi88 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. During the verification period, your Account remains active for betting but withdrawals above the unverified threshold will be held pending completion of KYC. sgi88 will never use your KYC documents for any purpose other than identity and age verification as described in the Privacy Policy.

05 Deposits

sgi88 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 per transaction unless otherwise stated on the cashier page for a specific payment method.
• Supported payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods and limits are displayed on the cashier page at the time of deposit.
• Processing time: Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to your sgi88 Balance within minutes under normal operating conditions. In the event of a technical delay, sgi88 will investigate and credit the Amount upon confirmation from the payment processor.
• Third-party deposits: You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to another person — including family members — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• Currency: sgi88 does not accept deposits in currencies other than IDR. Any foreign-currency transactions will be rejected at source.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit is debited from your bank account or e-wallet but does not appear in your sgi88 Balance within 30 minutes, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number for investigation.

06 Withdrawals

sgi88 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• Processing time: sgi88 targets a processing window of five minutes for verified Accounts under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during system maintenance, Indonesian public holidays, or when additional verification is required.
• KYC requirement: Withdrawal requests from Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be held pending submission and approval of required identity documents.
• Bonus wagering: Withdrawals from an Account with an active Bonus balance are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to that Bonus being met in full before withdrawal of the Bonus Funds. Real-money Balance not derived from Bonuses may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum threshold and KYC requirements above.
• Withdrawal limit: Standard maximum withdrawal amounts per day and per transaction are displayed on the cashier page. Members wishing to withdraw amounts above the displayed limit should contact support to arrange a scheduled large withdrawal.
• Right to review: sgi88 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for up to 72 hours for security review, fraud prevention, or AML compliance. Members will be notified if their withdrawal is under review.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

sgi88 offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Ramadhan, and major sporting calendars including BRI Liga 1 and the Champions League. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless an individual offer's terms state otherwise:

• Opt-in requirement: Most bonuses require explicit opt-in before or at the time of the qualifying deposit. Bonuses cannot be claimed retroactively for deposits made without opting in.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and minimum odds are stated on each offer page.
• Minimum odds (sports bonuses): Where a sports bonus specifies a minimum odds requirement, only bets placed at or above those odds contribute to wagering. Bets on markets with odds below the minimum do not contribute.

• Right to modify: sgi88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect Bonus Funds already credited and in active wagering at the time of modification.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on sgi88 are subject to the product-specific rules applicable to each game or market. General rules that apply across all sgi88 products are as follows:

• Bet acceptance: sgi88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to technical error.
• Manifest errors: Where a bet has been accepted at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, decimal odds of 100.00 on a heavy favorite — sgi88 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake, regardless of the outcome.
• Suspended markets: Bets on suspended markets will not be accepted. If a market is suspended after a bet has been accepted, the bet stands unless a manifest error or data feed failure contributed to the suspension.
• Results and settlement: sgi88 settles markets using data from official sources — league administrators, broadcasters, and recognized data providers. In the event of a data discrepancy, sgi88's decision is final.
• Integrity: sgi88 takes match-fixing and betting integrity extremely seriously. Any account suspected of placing bets with foreknowledge of a fixed result will be suspended and reported to relevant authorities.
• Live casino and slot outcomes: All live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game mechanics broadcast in real time from certified studios. All slot and RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. No outcome can be predicted or influenced by the player or by sgi88.
• Togel markets: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on sgi88 are settled using results published by officially recognized lottery operators. sgi88 does not operate the underlying draw and is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by the originating operator.

09 Responsible Gaming

sgi88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment. sgi88 offers the following responsible gaming tools to all members, accessible from the Account Settings page after login:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit to your sgi88 Account. Limits take effect immediately upon activation.
• Loss limits: Cap the maximum net loss you can sustain over a defined period. Requests to increase an existing loss limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a specified duration.
• Cool-off / time-out: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your sgi88 Account with no option to reopen it. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and sgi88 will take all reasonable steps to prevent re-registration by a self-excluded member.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

sgi88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where sgi88 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• You are engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or deceptive conduct — including but not limited to chip dumping, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting.
• Your Account has been accessed by a person who does not meet the eligibility requirements, including a person under 21 years of age.
• Your betting activity suggests involvement in match-fixing or insider information.
• A law enforcement authority, financial intelligence unit, or other regulatory body has requested the suspension of your Account.
• Continued operation of your Account would expose sgi88 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon closure for cause, sgi88 may withhold any Balance remaining in the Account pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any legitimately derived Balance will be returned to your nominated payment method within 10 business days. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon closure for cause in all circumstances.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sgi88 excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the sgi88 Platform.
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform caused by events outside sgi88's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, or actions of third-party payment processors.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or market data, which may be subject to latency or error.
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Where sgi88's liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, sgi88's aggregate liability for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by sgi88's negligence, to the extent that such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the sgi88 Platform — including but not limited to the sgi88 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, software, source code, game interfaces, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of sgi88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any sgi88 content without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use will result in immediate Account suspension and may give rise to legal action.

13 Privacy & Data

sgi88 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

Key data processing principles applied by sgi88 include: data minimization (we collect only the data necessary for account operation, KYC, and regulatory compliance); purpose limitation (your data is not sold to third-party marketers); and security (all stored personal data is protected by encryption and access controls). 14 Amendments to These Terms

sgi88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the sgi88 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account before the effective date of the changes. 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which sgi88 holds its international gaming license.

Complaints procedure: If you have a complaint regarding sgi88's services, you must first submit it in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". sgi88 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 14 business days.

Arbitration: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal complaints procedure, you may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed internationally recognized arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Class action waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
